I am a Redlands (Brisbane) based athlete that has always had a love of sport. In February 2012, I did my first triathlon on home ground - Raby Bay and placed 6th. My second race - Luke Harrop Memorial I placed 2nd. This was the start of my love of triathlons.
Throughout school I represented as an International Triathlete, National Cross Country, State Track runner and State Swimmer. I captained both Metropolitan East and Queensland teams to victory in 2017.
In 2016 I was honoured to be awarded the Pierre de Coubertin Award from the Australian Olympic Committee - recognising my achievements and demonstration of values which are consistent with the Olympic movement.
In 2017 I was crowned 16-19 Age Group World Triathlon Sprint Champion (Rotterdam) and in 2018 on the Gold Coast defended my World Title. I was crowned Australian Junior Male Champion for the 2018/19 triathlon season. In 2018 I very proudly carried the Commonwealth Games GC2018 Queen's Baton in my local area of Cleveland.
I am coached by Graham Fidler of Triple F Triathlon and also a very loyal and long-time member of Sharks Triathlon Club.
I currently work a full-time job 5 days a week and juggle this with my training. I have just entered the U23 division and look forward to building my skills and results in the coming years.
